However, even though it was my first purchase from Binnacle and i was sent the wrong product; they get 5 stars for excellent customer service for the efficient way in which they handled the mistake and the required product return. They certainly made it painless for me. Should the opportunity present itself i will definitely do business with them in the future. I called to find out how many days it would be to ship and my call was answered quickly and I was told shipping would be within 3 to 5 business days. I received my package within 3 days and I was very satisfied with the quality of the blocks.”

“The price, quality, quick delivery and over the phone support when required was great. I will definitely consider additional purchase. Delivery of the items at this end of the country was weird and unprofessional. The parcel was left in the lobby unattended. It could have been stolen easily. Luckily I saw it and picked it up quickly.”
