“I purchased a Biostrap sensor and band about a year ago when they only had one band option. So glad they listened to users like me and came out with a buckle version. So much more secure, easier to get on and off and way more comfortable. They just keep improving their offerings. Well done!”

This customer service experience was not good and I have noticed a downward trend in customer service over the last 2 or so years.
I had to babysit the entire process:
- triage, troubleshooting finally ending in a replacement Evo (my suggestions)
- Reminded CS to send mailing label
- Remind CS to to see if they received my broken Evo
- CS sent my replacement to the wrong address.
That being said:
I like Biostrap. The Evo is a nice enhancement to the original wrist sensor, however, I don't think it is as durable and definitely shouldn't be worn in water. I am a longtime Biostrap user and the company is awesome about replacements and warranties., the product is great. The app is pretty well thought out (with the exception of the Exercise Programs, Routines and Library should be nested) but customer service has gone down hill the point that I browsed other options.”
“I had to order a new strap because the one that came with my first order burned my skin. I washed this one before wearing it and didn’t have the issue. My skin is usually not sensitive. I recommend washing your strap before wearing it.”
