# setting up and tracking exercises is much too complex (paper and pencil is a LOT better);

I developed atrial fibrillation from overtraining during my time as a pro athlete, so having a tool that really informs me what days I can push, what days I need to take it easy has been great. I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service team though, I have never had any issues, and there has been a couple unsurprisingly from a start-up, that has not been resolved immediately and in a more satisfactory way.”

Anytime I attempt to switch to the "insights" tab in the app it keeps crashing.

“I wasn't too happy with the product it could use some improvements. The software syncing is slow and I found the sleep to be inaccurate. I would go to bed at 11 pm and the stats would tell me I went to bed at 10 pm. This happened several time consistently. I didn't like how I was unable to see my heart rate on demand. You just see a time frame of when the device measured the heart rate. The strap would come off at night and I found the rubber to be itchy. The company claims to have improved the strap. I think they should try again.”

“I bought this to compare to a competitive product that I have used for the past 5 months and have found that the Biostrap is more convenient and comfortable to wear and use. Charges faster and holds longer and the data is more comprehensive. The only "however" is the activity recording being a manually initiated process. I have multiple training apps and I would like to be able to import the data from those into the Biostrap or have automatic recording of activities. All metrics seem to be accurate with no outlying data so far but that manual recording of activities needs to be addressed in the software.”

“My Biostrap was defective and was not allowed to return it for full refund despite the fact that it was your issue not mine. I don't have time to be waiting around for a product to get replaced it should work from day one. If not I should not have to pay a restocking fee it is just bad business. You make your customer responsible for your product issues but charging all people a restocking fee not matter what. That is really bad customer service. I worked with your reps and sent them snap shots from my data and they could not figure it out but you charged me 25.00 when I did not want to spend more time waiting for a product that may or may not work.”
