The website, marketing, help files, instructions, information, delivery etc are not. They are actually so bad that I gave up. One example: Website says I will receive one set of items, cover of box notes a second list of items and what I actually received matched neither. Needs a marketing makeover with a theme of simple coordinated information to tell users what to buy and how to use it.”
“I love this technology! The only negative I have found is the step counter sometimes falls off the clip while walking or while sleeping (have had it on my shoe for walking and on the ankle band when sleeping).”
“I love my biostrap it is excellent! this is the third one. My only complaint is that they fall off. the strap doesn’t hold it on especially if I take off a shirt or sweater or anything with long sleeves and it is not noticeable until too late that is why I was so excited about the new strap and ordered one more after losing two. But the new strap never came and now I have lost it. I am not giving up yet and still hoping it will show up!”
