Having bilateral pleural effusion I need to monitor my O2 saturation and heart health 24 hours a day. The biostrap has allowed me the freedom to carry on my daily activities without having to attach myself to blood pressure monitors and oximeters. I can get up to the minutes readings anytime. No where to go when it doesn’t work I have tried several times to chat on computer and no response for hours during normal business hours

Sync goes on & on. One disconnected, does not try to reconnect immediately. Sleep detection is lousy. Marks waking hours as sleep & Sleep hours as waking. Insight is about HRV only & not about other things. Am already looking for a new device. Biostrap is a waste of time.

The biostrap has offered me the best information to date when it comes to my health. Honestly love how far in depth it measures everything, my only issue is how often the strap itself gets "bricked" and will not connect. Joel from support did and amazing job helping me with how to fix it if it happens again and that's the problem is that it's happening almost every other day. Again I love using the product I just wish it wouldn't keep getting disconnected.

I have now used the Biostrap with the Shoe pod for 46 days. It is paired with the App on the iPhone X. When working, the Biostrap provides useful information, Heart Rate, Steps, Respiratory Rate, Sleep History and other measurements. I find the negative issues most frustrating. First, communication between the App and device is sporadic at best. When it does connect, sync times are frustrating as they take several minutes and the phone and device must be in very close proximity. As mentioned, I have now been using the Biostrap for 46 days. Most recently, in the last week the Biostrap has failed to properly record any workout data whatsoever for five days, four being consecutively. Currently it has become not even a good paperweight.

So Im not a little girl and none of the straps are big enough to comfortable fit my wrist unless I'm using one of the last notches on either the old or new band which leaves a tail flapping around. the materials I received with the band says that a large band is available but i cant find it on the website. So far after 8 days I'm not seeing that this band is superior to to my Samsung band. Nice thing is I can wear the band for a few more weeks before I decide if I want to return it.

Going on day 5....from tech support see below....terrible customer service It sounds like your device may be in what is referred as a state of "brick." If the wristband can’t be located, you may have to completely drain the battery battery It may take full 3 days for the battery to drain completely. After 3 days, place the wristband briefly on the charger and try to connect it to the Biostrap app. If the wristband still can’t be connected or located, it is possible that battery may not be completely drained. Wait for one more day (without charging) and try again. If the wristband still can't connect, this would mean the sensor has gone bad. In that case, we'll issue a replacement device after those steps have been followed.

My biostrap has become my accountability partner through my training. I have dropped nearly 70 pounds in six months thanks to the total health package. I still have weight to drop and biostrap will be there for every run, pedal, stroke, rep, and movement. On another note; their customer service is excellent! They are helpful and attentive.

I've only had my Biostrap for a couple of weeks but i really like the performance. I dump the data to my iphone8 and it has been fairly seamless so far. It took me a little while to understand what was being measured and described but now I'm comfortable with it. The sleep lab report is pretty nice too although the terms 'recuperate' and 'exhausted' may be a bit much. Nice product and worth the price.

This strap is so versatile! In particular, I love that it can track my meditation practice and my sleep. I upgraded the service to include the Sleep Lab...well worth it. I actually wear the ankle strap at night so my leg movement can be tracked. One thing I am trying to get a better handle on is heart rate variability (HRV). I've been watching YouTube videos on the subject so I can better understand this particular metric and it's correlation with your health.

Haven’t had any complaints thus far. Really enjoying tracking my steps, HRV, HR, breathing, and sleep! Looking forward to airplane mode being added, and perhaps trying out the sleep lab! Thanks for everything!
