There is a reason why this company is so badly rated. I placed an order (34111798) in 2018, the order never arrived so I cancelled the order and all future auto-deliveries of same. Biovea have kept changing and sending this item to me even though it was cancelled in November 2018 (In 2019 order 40183374 and in 2020 order 42029244). Because you can't send liquids back via regular post (at least not in Europe), sending this item back to Biovea will cost me over 70 euro. You should note that even if you are buying from biovea dot your country domain, you are not buying it locally, everything comes from the one place. Trust me, I have to pay 70 euro to return a product that cost 100 euro, this is a plain and simple SCAM. I'm expecting one of those copy and paste replies from Biovea staying that one of their customer support team will be in contact with me... well if they're as useless as the one I dealt with already, they can save their time. Either way I will continue to make public any further developments on here and on other social media platforms. You can't let this type of company walk all over you, it's up to us as consumers to help each other and use platforms like this to inform.

Thought goods were coming from UK and when they didn't arrive chaged Biovea. Realised they were being shipped from the USA. Checked the tracking, after a month still in the USA. Have asked for a refund but they won't give one until item is 75 days overdue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are a con.

ORDER # 42009030 I ordered some products from Biovia costing around £60 on 19/09/20 assuming they would arrive after about a week but I’m still waiting. Has anybody ever been able to speak to a customer service rep? I wrote a review on Trustpilot and got an automated response from Biovia but nothing else happened after. I can only assume this site is a scam or they have gone busy but are still taking people’s money so be careful! Very annoying!

Placed order with Biovea Portugal on 26 July. WAS NOT INFORMED that this order be SHIPPED FROM USA! I would never have ordered something to be delivered from USA. This is always trouble. Of course, ten weeks later, the order is still stuck in Portuguese customs which Biovea must have known would happen. Biovea refused to refund me EUR 53.83 but gave credits, but every time I try to use the credits has failed! CANNOT USE CREDITS Now, 10 weeks later still waiting for Biovea.com to sort this out. In the meantime Biovea Portugal has stopped recognising my password and will not send email to reset though I have tried many times. Is this deliberate?

I ordered and paid for an order on 23 june. Belgian custom mistakenly sent back order to USA on 23 july. I sent Biovea proof of this from post office. Since then they claim they haven't received goods back and cannot refund me. They make absolutely NO EFFORT to contact their transporter and find out where this order is. Absolutely scandalous. I see others have had same problems. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

Do not purchase from this company. My product has not arrived and I have been told that they will not refund me. I can see the vitimans are stuck in customs and there is little Biovea are willing to do about it. Stay clear of these thieves. The items ship from the US which is not clear from the site. If you encounter customs issues it seems it is your loss and they simply refer you to the T & C''s. Never again

Ordered the hormones from Biovea and knew it would be shipped internationally so was not bothered by the 8 week delivery. Within 1 week of using their Estriol and Progesterone creams I no longer suffer from menopausal symptoms and feel like my energy levels are back to normal and my moods more even. Benn in menopause for many years and know when a product is effective or not. I have now placed my second order with this company.

Worse company I have ever purchased from. Emailed them several times to know about a protein powder I bought after 3 weeks of waiting, some employee named Giulliana answered me 4 times in different days saying my order would be shipped that very same day and I would receive a confirmation. Haven't received any confirmation until now, and its been almost a month since I ordered. And then they updated on my purchase status "Partially sent", what does that even mean ?? Are they sending me first the package and then the powder or!?! They refuse to give me back a refund, claiming that I have to wait at least 72 days when it says on their own website that the minimum of wait time to get a refund is 30 days. I really do not recommend ANYONE to buy from this company, they are truly dishonest with the client.

BIOVEA is US-based and there are essential delays due to COVID. The problem is that BIOVEA knows that there would be essential delays and they run business in dishonest manner pretending that they are Australian based. They deceive people absolutely deliberately: they have /au in web address, they put Australian flag on the page, they charge in $AUD and they promise delivery on 6-9 days. They do not have any mentioning about US in section “About us”. Placing an order a customer is convinced that s/he is dealing with Australian based company. Judging by the responses hundreds of people have been deceived. Website of BIOVEA is customised to every separate country and for every country the story is the same. For example, there are reviews from UK and the customers stating that while placing orders, they were sure that BIOVEA is UK-based. Further customer service refers to delays due to COVID. They promise refund in 75(!) days minus postage expenses. They state that they do not hide information that that they are US based. Liars. Keep away from them, delivery can take months and months nowadays. They run business in dishonest manner and it would be good, if frustrated customers would appeal to ACCC to stop activity of BIOVEA in Australia.

Ordered two deliveries to the UK and neither order arrived, the company made little effort to resolve the issue and ensure the customer is happy, only to accept the money and leave refunds to be collected via paypal. Avoid at all costs.

unhappy customer. I line with other reviewer I never received my products. Ordered through their Belgia site, the products get shipped from the USA and are now stuck at customs. Order #41705822

On 16th of April 2020 I have placed prepaid order number 41219395. Tracking USPS number is CY049183366US. As of today I did not receive the order. The only way to contact Biovea is via their web site where they list the alternatives and do not provide space for any addition of text. The is no phone number either. USPS shows shipping to Europe on 14th of June (two months after receiving the order). Our Post Office claims that they do not recognize that tracking number. Biovea lists a lot of good products which I would like to buy, but not before I get delivery of my first order. I hope that Biovea ether delivers or refunds. So far, based on my experience I can't recommend Biovea

This is a dishonest company. Do not use them. Advertised as UK but is in US. So many reviews report items paid for and never received. Same happened to me. Ordered 6weeks ago. No response to my emails. Report to Trading Standards and Paypal.

1 star: Bad Just now If there was a 'zero stars' review, Biovea deserves it If there was a 'zero stars' review, I would be all over it. This company claims to deliver within 5-7 days. I placed an order on 16 June and today, on 5 August, their delivery agent knocked on every neighbour's door as though it was a drugs raid until they found someone to answer, in the middle of a pandemic when you are only supposed to deliver to the person named on the packaging. I had been in touch with their Customer Services department (should be renamed: 'customer is always to be put second to company policy services') about 4 times during this time to ask where my order is. Company policy dictates that they cannot assume a product has been lost in the post until after 72 days. They use UPS as their shipper, which in my experience is ALWAYS a bad start. Slow, rude and untimely. So, just touching EIGHT WEEKS later, my supplements arrive with a neighbour. If you would like your supplements within a normal time frame, don't order from this company. If you have an urgent need for whatever it is that you are ordering, don't order from this company. If you expect decent customer service rather than a robotic and inflexible answer to your well-founded complaint, don't order from this company. Ordering from Biovea is a leap of faith that just isn't worth taking. They are absolutely rigid about adhering to their policy of 'it can only be refunded after 72 days if it doesn't arrive because until then we don't consider it lost, and even then it will take a further 15 or so days to reach your account....' AND they use UPS, which is a bad thing from the outset. I will not ever order from them again and would strongly recommend that you find what it is you need elsewhere or prepare to be very disappointed.
