“Warning..... I placed an order the 27th May from the Australian website and it still has not arrived. They said it was in stock when I ordered it, but later found out that the order was coming from the USA. I asked for a complete refund and was told they don't refund shipping. I asked again for a complete refund and was directed to their policy about how they don't refund shipping. Why would keeping the shipping be ok seeing as I never received it. Yes I ticked the policy agreement never thinking that I would not get my order. I want to know for what reason would anyone keep shipping fees on an undelivered orders. Stay away from this sight - they are liars and probably a scam site. I will be leaving negative feedback on as many sites as I can and also on my Facebook page and groups and ask people to share my review. I have in contact with the ACCC and I have reported this site.”
“Biovea Australia is a ripoff. Two months and still waiting for two separate orders. Part of one order had to be cancelled as despite their website saying in stock in two days it wasn't in two weeks. They partially refunded my money (less postage) despite the remainder of the order being over the free postage threshold. Both remaining orders are listed as being at LA Airport for two months (Biovea website says 5 - 6 business days postage to Australia). Two months later nothing. Robotic responses. Other review sites list the same issues going back over 12 months so Biovea blaming Covid is a lie. Meanwhile Amazon has delivered three items to me from the US in less than a week. Chinese ebayers delivering to Australia in less than two weeks. Biovea Australia is bogus - there is no physical presence here in Australia despite their claims of warehouses all over the world. I would never buy from them again.”

It was a while before I chased it up as I'd expected a delay due to cover. When I finally made enquiries to Biovea they responded quickly and once it was clear the order was lost i was issued with a refund without any fuss. I can highly recommend them”

“Just received the product I ordered on 6 April delivered 24 June. I had almost given up but thought it might be because of the very few flights between USA and UK. Sure enough it turned up by airmail. Lots of complaints about non delivery but is this simply down to the delays in air mail because there are not many aircraft flying from US toUK? So if you are waiting don’t give up your product should arrive. Big criticism of Biovea no means of contacting them during pandemic they could at least have put a message on their website about delays in delivery. As far as the product progesterone is concerned I have used it with good results for 13 years”

“Made an order the 16th of May, based on the UPS customer service (that I personally contacted) the parcel was lost in the transit the 24th of May.
I tried to reach out to Biovea support several times in the last 3 weeks, with just a couple of generic answer then they stopped reply from 10 days.

“This company is a scam, I live in Ireland and I ordered a host defense product on the 11th of may, it is now 12th of june and by the order number I got for UPS state side, they've not even received it yet to ship here. Avoid like the plague. I just received an email off them today to rate the product I "received", I gave it 5 stars but a bad review. It goes through a review process wo let's see if it makes it onto their website, that you can't contact or leave customer complaints. Any positive review you see online for this company is a bot or fake account.”
“I have to write an apology to this company. I ordered a product from them that can only be imported from the US which took forever to be delivered. I wrote a bad review because I thought it would never arrive even though they had sent and a response to my emails saying it's delayed because of customs and Covid19. It arrived today just like they said. So people be patient you will get your to order, but it might take many weeks more if it's coming from the US. However, the company would do better to respond to people in person and set up a customer service number.”
