“Absolutely despicable company. Waiting now for over three weeks for items needed urgently. I have emailed several times but been completely ignored. Similar products ordered from other companies arrived within 2 or 3 days, so Covid-19 situation is no excuse. “I have reported several times an official request to declare my order (41154814) as lost, since it is now more than 45 days from date of shipment and even with the localization code it is impossible to find the package.
I haven't heard from Biovea back, not even a "keep on waiting". Customer service is the worst I've ever seen.”

I have tried to contact them but there is no number on their website and so I used their email contact and have sent them 4 emails requesting an update. They happily took over £100 from us in products that have not arrived and will probably not be needed if they delay much longer. The customer service at Biovea is HORRIBLE, most impersonal and least compassionate. There is no human being at the end of their "customer services" line. I appreciate we are in trying times but no other company has made me follow up 4 times with not even an automated response or a quick email response. I am now requesting a refund but of course, they are not actioning that either. Some businesses will not survive this pandemic and it will be those who failed to put the customer first...”

“I have ordered from this company in good faith. They never put anything on their website saying that the goods were coming from the US. The items are priced in Stirling which makes you think they are in the UK.
My goods have supposedly been in transit for 6 weeks now. They don’t answer emails, and obviously are not a honest company. Avoid at all costs.”
