“Trop d'erreur dans la destination du colis (chez moi). Je reçois toujours le même mail : on ne livre pas à l'adresse indiquée. Veuillez choisir dans la liste des points relais etccc. A chaque fois je dois téléphoner (n° payant ). J'ai 1 commande autoprogrammée tous les 2 mois . Celle du 28/12 n'est pas arrivée . Et j'ai découvert qu'elle avait été suspendue ...”

Chère Cliente, Merci pour votre commentaire. Le suivi DHL pour la commande 46136884 du mois de février indique que votre colis a été livré: https://mydhl.express.dhl/fr/fr/tracking.html#/results?id=5014298542 . Aprés vérification de vos commandes, nous n'avons pas trouvé de commande pour le mois de décembre. Vous pouvez consulter vos commandes en vous connectant à votre compte Biovea. Vous pouvez également gérer vos commandes auto-livraison sur votre compte Biovea. Si nous pouvons vous aider de quelque manière, veuillez s’il vous plait nous le faire savoir. Cordialement, BIOVEA
