NEVER BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Product never arrived, tracking number does not update, so I contacted the delivery company myself and they cannot chase up the delivery, the company refuses to follow up with the delivery company as well, and they always gives late responses. They stated if the goods do not show up, and I know they won't, I have to wait 75 days for them to be declared lost and refund be given. Have reported them to NSW Fair Trading, hope more people report them as well... ORDER # 43191473

Product never arrived and they refuse to give a refund. DON’T PURCHASE from Biovea. They are fraudulent thieves.

Bluff företag! Samma mejl till alla om att de inte kan ro för att frakten tar lång tid. 2 försök till köp inga varor och får inte pengarna tillbaka. Finns det ingen som kan granska dessa företag och stänga ner dom?

I had minoxidil hair foam sent in error so I emailed the company and they sent my correct items. I still have the items that belong to someone else as no return option. I was very happy they sent out my correct items with no questions asked.

I am 100% satisfied with Biovea. I live in the UK. Placed my order a couple of weeks ago and had an automated acknowledgement immediately. Then 3 days later an email to say my order had been dispatched and to expect delivery approximately 10 days later. My order came after 7 days. I will be ordering again in the future.

They stole my money. I ordered Minoxidil foam and never got it and then they said the product was sent back to them and once they recieve it they will return my money but never got it

No compre aquí. BIOVEA NO cumple los tiempos de entrega. De 6 - 8 días, llevo más de un mes esperando este producto. Amparados en la pandemia, alegan retrasos. El único retraso es que para ahorrar costos lo envían por correo ordinario. Es publicidad engañosa y fraudulenta. No les interesa si exponen su salud o incluso si afectan su vida sexual. Cobran instanténeamente, por cierto 50 euros, y luego NO responden los reclamos. Escribí 34 emails para que me dieran el número de rastreo, que mo sirve para nada, pues sigue en aduanas. Y si cree que podrá optar a una cancelación o devilución, ni lo piense la página le vuelve a rediccionar al mismo centro de atención, que nadie atiende en BIOVEA. Lo mínimo que han debido hacer es enviar por un medio aéreo, rápido y certificado mi producto. No solo es un abuso, BIOVEA ES UN FRAUDE. Quiero exigirles publicamente, de hoy en adelante, que mo malteraten al consumidor vulnerando sus derechos y que me devuelvan mi dinero.

Fraud. They post from the US while pretending to be from the UK... but I am not certain they did anything but create a shipping label. Horrible service. Scam. Beware

Very Disappointing: I purchased my items from Biovea [Order number: 43076666] on June 30, 2021 and it was estimated to be delivered between July 8th and 14th. I have been following up as well from quite some time now Support Ticket #707412. I have not received any package yet and today; I receive an email my order is delivered. This feels like a fraud company. I am writing this review so other people don’t waste their money by ordering from them. Next step would be filling a consumer complaint as if this doesn’t get resolved.

They are scam, pretend to be located in Europe, but they are not and will ship from USA. Your products will get to customs from where you will not be able to take them out, cause the products are medical and it is illegal. They will never refund you.

** WARNING! ** Do not order products from Biovea!! ** DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! **. After buying supplements from this company only to have them arrive nearing their expiry date I contacted Biovea to process a return. I was instructed to ship the products back and they would issue a refund once the products were delivered by UPS. Biovea does not have a phone number, THIS IS BY DESIGN! UPS will not ship products without a contact number and they know this. UPS managed to find a number that they could list on the return. The package was delivered back to BIOVEA at my cost and UPS provided a confirmation. BIOVEA fails to acknowledge UPS's confirmation and refuses to provide a refund. So not only am I out the product cost but also the UPS return shipping costs now. This company is run by scammers and I highly recommend you shop for products elsewhere.

I am from india , i ordered Kirkland minoxidil of about 3600 Rs they have been deducted my amount but didn't provide any information of delivery date , order tracking nr etc . I ordered it on july 3 2021 order nr- 43087196 , i have transaction id as well . They haven't any phone number, because they know they do scam !! Please alert don't order anything from it , you may see many reviews. It's just a scam.⚠️

i have been purchasing online from Biovea now for 4 years and have never ever had an issue with this Company. I have read many negative Reviews on this thread which totally contradict the experience that i have had with this Company. Whilst delivery can sometimes we a little bit slow (which is hardly Biovea’s fault given the current situation in the World with all freight and mail owing to the pandemic), this Company has never failed to deliver. I throughly recommend them. I will note below that delivery didn’t arrive on time, however, there is a very valid reason for that so don’t take that as being a negative, just an honest response to a question). Thanks Biovea - you guys rock!

I wish i had read the reviews before buying....now I am 152 euro lighter and no supplements. Especially in these tough times it is a disgrace that this company is allowed to operate. Where can we report these fakes so they don't dupe any more people??????
