“Biovéa n'est pas au point sur le plan organisationnel. Je reçois un mail donnant comme point de livraison l'adresse de facturation. Mail au service client qui ne le lit pas correctement. Réponse à côté de la plaque et rejet vers le transporteur. Plusieurs échanges dignes d'un sourd qui cause avec un muet avec quand même des excuses mais reportant la faute sur moi.
Bref après plusieurs échanges avec UPS qui me signalait le colis à l'adresse non désirée en même temps je reçois un coup de fil du livreur qui lui était à la bonne adresse à 200 km de distance. Le constat est simple le site au départ de Bulgarie avait lui bien lu les instructions et avait donné a UPS international les bonnes instructions. Alors que les services de Biovea continuait à envoyer des mails de suivi avec la mauvaise adresse. Organisation à revoir ! FP”
