I ordered two bottles of Time Release Melatonin 3mg as stated on my order note, and was instead sent one bottle of Time Release, and one bottle of Fast Dissolve Melatonin. I do not want the Fast Dissolve! I desperately want melatonin that will keep me asleep for the longest possible time. I hope someone can rectify this situation - i do not think i should be charged for postage if i have to sent the Fast D one back. thanks

I've been ordering the same product from Biovea (on two different accounts because I can never remember which is the right one) for about 2 or even 3 years. This time, I opted from their own brand tablet version. I noted a gent had left a comment saying they didn't work and thought he probably didn't know what to expect. Anyway, I ordered the product using their free delivery code. DHL decided to pretend they delivered when they hadn't even been to the house....meaning I had to wait 3 more days for it to arrive. When it arrived, I tried the new tablet and just as the other reviewers said, it didn't work. I've been taking these for some time at the same strength so I do know what to expect. I emailed Biovea and Biovea said they were sending a refund and I didn't have to send the product back .. So I went off tho their website and found this product now marked "out of stock" and the reviews were all gone except 3 positive ones. I went to check my refund and the cheeky SO in SO's have deducted the free delivery cost £7.30 from the refund amount..... off a faulty product too!!! I'm reasonable certain you can't offer free postage and then charge postage on the refund, and certainly never on a faulty product. Their almost immediate partial refund is in direct contrast to the response time of the request to have my full refund returned to me. ..which is eerily silent. Shop with extreme caution. The fact this is a consumable product that is faulty and their could be literally anything wrong with it, and there's been no investigation... just a removal of availability, is concerning. My product was shipped from Bulgaria! Instead of Canada like they claimed. Easy to buy, but dodgy practices, and no obvious legal info on faulty products. Deduction of free postage from refunds on faulty products etc etc. I'm seriously questioning the companies ethics and safety now.

Horrible customer service, I wish I checked the reviews before ordering!!!!! I placed an order ages a go, never received a shipping email. Then I emailed them and they finally sent it out, but a week after I still have NO DELIVERY DATE. So I emailed them again DAYS A GO, and they just do not respond. Please do not order from them. I can only pray that I receive my order, since I ordered quite a lot. Please avoid this company!!!!!

I really wish I would have read the reviews on this company before ordering!!! Their website states, 5-7 days delivery to Canada, & gives the impression this will be shipping from Canada...NOT TRUE! After 2 weeks, the response was generic, advising, they can't control items through Customs, and they will only consider an item lost, after 30 days!!! Both tracking numbers provided, again are misleading, saying UPS, but when I called UPS, they said it is actually with Mail Innovations, which has no additional information??? The transferring tracking number apparently for Canada, has still not received even information, that there is a package in their system....When I e-mailed them back again, requesting, where is my package being sent from, how do I contact Mail Innovations, and why would my order have to go through Customs if send from Canada, to Canada, and guess what the response was.......the same as the 1st e-mail I sent them....."We do not consider an order lost, until 30 days." Beware, I do not trust this company, they have misleading information on their website, their Customer Service, send auto responded, without even reading the e-mail, and I am now going on my 4th week and still no package!!! There is something very suspicious about this company, and I will be reporting them to Consumer Affairs, if I am not refunded, or receive my item very soon ! :(

Hello, I ordered products and they will not dispatch my items as they told me my bank contacted BIOVEA and told them to contact me regarding all my personal banking info & more. I contacted my bank immediately to find out my bank NEVER CONTACTED BIOVEA and my personal info regards to my personal bank info should never be revealed. Tell me why you LIED….! I want my refund and cancel order ASAP. This is illegal and as mentioned legal action will be taken agasint you! CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK NOW!

It’s been over a week and I still don’t have my products. Trying to email Biovea & OLIVER.E keeps updating me the same shyt story of how it’s dispatched but it’s never arrived yet. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL! Someone please help me with my order as I’d seriously like my products! Is BIOVEA a SCAM? And don’t send me the same shyt automated response of sending me my tracking number. Actually help!!!

Biovea go to some effort to make UK customers believe these products are in the UK They are not - all come from USA = more expensive shipping and longer for delivery But its the deceipt that makes one disappointed

Avoid this company at all cost. Waiting for my order the 4th week in a row. Had to pay VAT on top of the web-site price as requested by Irish Post. Company is refusing to reimburse VAT to the bank account referring to "corporate policies". It is a scam. Caveat emptor.

Ordered from Biovea Mexico after the company was highly recommended by a Dr in the UK. Paid the extra $205 MX for quick delivery (6-8 days) as my wife needs these meds quick as she is fighting an aggressive cancer. It is now May 26 no sign of the order, no response to emails and no information given on the "seguir pedido" page except to say that the order is on the way. Sadly will not be ordering from this company again.

They run a little scam by which they order stuff from overseas without telling you and then you get stuck with the import duty. Their prices aren't so competitive when you factor that in.

The various regional websites suggest that the company has regional warehouses hence a speedy delivery but this is totally misleading. The website also mentions that but irbid not true. Even to Europe they ship from the US so 6-8 days shipping as stated is not true. I have been waiting now for my order for 14 days and the tracking still tells me it is somewhere in the US. The customer service I emailed to is very poor and they do not offer a solution other than telling me to wait for 45 days before I can get reimbursed. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered Collagen capsules on their Biovea.ie (Ireland) website. Paid vat and postage. Waiting 2 weeks now and An Post (Ireland's version of Royal Mail in the UK) have sent me a vat customs bill for €6.53. Cannot get hold of anyone at Biovea.ie/.com their website 'help' runs you round in circles - always returning to the original place. They want your custom but offer zero customer support. Not even an email address or telephone number on the website. Do Not Buy From Them.

Ordered using 50% discount for purchasing 2 or more units. Promo didn’t apply at checkout so I was told in writing over email to make the purchase and to let them know and they will place a refund for the 50% value. Advised them when I made the order with order number and I was told they can’t process the refund. I was mislead into purchasing 2 units with a promise of a 50% promo.I’ve emailed repeatedly and no one is getting back to me.

Account charged but product not delivered. Raised issue with customer service and they said wait 45 days. Contacted again after 2 months and they offered a refund. It’s been 8 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund.
