As per nearly all reviews , this fake " company " is simply a fake online store that has no products , but takes your money , with no intention of ever delivering any products. Order placed 24/04/21 , it is now 01/06/21 , DO NOT order from these thieving fraudsters.

It's a con. They take the money and fob off any enquiries with excuses about Covid. No phones apparently. Reported to everyone.

BIOVEA verkoopt spullen die je niet in Nederland kunt krijgen. Er zijn wel een paar sportsites, voor krachtsport en fitness die zijn ook o.k. met een groot assortiment. Maar 'n paar spullen kon ik alleen bij BIOVEA kopen. Slechte beoordelingen gelezen, maar t punt is dat mensen vergeten dat het een wereldwijd bedrijf is, en er inderdaad een tijd over heen gaat voordat jouw pakket aankomt. Houdt alles even goed in de gaten; mails, track en trace, of mail hun tussendoor nog even. Dan lukt het gewoon.

it´s a fraud! I ordered on 12th March, the delivery was expected to arrive within a week; it´s already 29th April and all they told me is that I have to wait, and I cannot also cancel the order... So, it may come on 2022 or who knows! Stay away from them, they just keep the money and deliver nothing!!!

It's fraud! Ordered on February 1st , estimated delivery date 16th of February. It’s February 29, has not arrived and no tracking information has been provided. I sent 3 emails and they came back with the same answer, “ Your parcel is in transit and the tracking number will be updated after it processes through customs”. It's obvious that they lie about the delivery date.

Biovea.se allow you to order under false pretences. I'm still waiting for an order from 24 March. I now find out its stuck in customs. I didn't even know it was coming from outside of EU. No idea how much more money it will be. They also don't bother to answer emails anymore and just have a standard response blaming covid. Unaceptable!!

Hello I have ordered pills from Biovea. I have been waiting for 5 months. İcredible!! I have sent 4 mails and ended with no results. They are not cancelling your shopping and sending ur money back. The only keep u waiting. They really cheat and decevie their customers. Don't make the mistake of shopping from this company!! Unfortunately ı have :(

Dropshipping company, bought under the impression that they would deliver from local warehouse, and tracking shows it wioll never arrive. There is no customer service.

I am a regular online buyer and I’ve never had a situation like that. Ordered on the 22nd of February, estimated delivery date 5th of March It’s the 16th, has not arrived and no tracking information has been provided. I sent several emails and I get the same answer, “ Your package is in-transit now” I’ve requested a refund and the same answer again “ Your package is in-transit now” No phone number to call no means to get decent feedback This looks like a scam or fraud!!! They lied about the delivery date, they take the money from your account or credit card and then that don’t care. DON’T buy with them and avoid been tricked Thieves!

The have no phone numbers to contact. I placed an order on 2/27/21. Said item was in stock. They charged my credit card right away. Emailed them on 3/2/21 asking when it would ship. Said they are closed on weekends, so my order was currently processing to ship. Contacted them on 3/4/21 wanting to know when shipping. They replied on 3/4/21, that they were checking with warehouse. On 3/5/21, they emailed me and said warehouse has insufficient stock and do not know when they will have it and I could cancel order. I told them to cancel. Of course, did not hear from them until yesterday, 3/8/21 that it was cancelled and any authorization for the amount would drop automatically. NO, they had already charged my card and was posted on March 1! Questioned them about that and they replied "This order and the payment for it have been cancelled"! They cancelled, but they did not reverse the charge. So, I have filed a dispute. Not acceptable, when it states an item is in stock, they charge your card immediately and item is NOT in stock. Plus, no notification that the item was out of stock I had to do all the questioning to find out the answers. Find it very dishonest. Would NEVER recommend them!

I cancelled an order for health tablets on the 11 th of January This was taken off my card and I have never received a refund I email them frequently and each time they say it is being processed but I never receive it.

I have ordered at the end of December 2020 still waiting for the package, I was informed that they cannot refund as package has been sent! Absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FOVOUR AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

It took more than a month to deliver my order. When it arrived I had to pay taxes which was never announced at time of ordering so I rejected the order and it was send back to Biovea. That was June last year. Up to today (8 months later). Still no news from Biovea on when my order will be reimbursed. They were supposed to contact me (after mote than 4 emails from my part) but never did. I understand the issue about the tax but I cannot accept is the fact that they simply don’t seem to care about customer service. Totally unacceptable.

I am very pleased with the service I have had from Biovea. I put in my order on February 3rd, the goods were dispatched and paid for on 4th, and an e-mail to confirm that they were on the way and would arrive between 13 - 20th February depending on the air freight travel. The order arrived this Saturday 20th, right on time. It was well packaged and clearly addressed. I would certainly use this company again, and thoroughly recommend them. Thank you.

I ordered a product on June 14th, 2020. The product was stuck at customs in Ireland. I followed up with the customer service through June, July, August, Sept 2000. Now it is Feb 2021, I haven't recd the product, I was informed by Customs that the product has been confiscated by Customs because it has alcohol and the company should not have shipped it. So, no product with me, the customer service is absolutely unhelpful and just told me to wait around, and my money has gone. No refund. I am seeking legal advise for my rights.

I have been ordering from Biovea for years. Ok delivery may take longer than usual but I have never had problems with their products. Definitely not a scam company..... I know about scams!

Yes it's true! BIOVEA.COM has a 75 day non delivery policy! Their deliveries are notoriously unreliable. I have waited several weeks in the past, as they ship from USA. My order was placed on 28th DECEMBER 2020. It shipped on 29th DECEMBER 2020. Estimated delivery according to BIOVEA.COM: Estimated Delivery Range: 06 January 2021 - 12 January 2021 It's now 15th FEBRUARY 2021. Tracking information indicates it is still in the USA, but it is becoming patently clear that BIOVEA.COM have no idea where my order is and if it will ever arrive. This is in spite of having tracking information. I have followed up several times BY EMAIL and have received the usual lame excuses: 01/02/21 BIOVEA.COM write: "We apologise for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has disrupted international logistics and as a result, there are fewer flights available to transport cargo and longer wait times at borders. This is the reason why your tracking details have not updated as quickly as in the past. Your package is still in-transit and the tracking information will update once our shipping partners have cleared the package through customs. We thank you for your patience during this difficult time." 18/01/21 BIOVEA.COM write: "We apologise for any delay with your order. Your package is in-transit with UPS now. Their tracking details will update to show when your package has processed through customs." =========================== I have no idea if BIOVEA.COM have followed up with UPS. I have asked them, but got no reply. Then came the big shock, after I asked for a refund! Consider this if you ever order throuh BIOVEA.COM =========================== On 05/02/2021 14:51, BIOVEA wrote: "We apologise again for the delay. Our policy is that we cannot refund orders that have not been received until 75 days from the order date. If the package has not been received by March 13th, please let us know and we will be happy to further assist you." And again: On 15/02/2021 15:18, BIOVEA wrote: "We apologise again for the delay. Our policy is that we cannot refund orders that have not been received until 75 days from the order date. If the package has not been received by March 13th, please let us know and we will be happy to further assist you." So I have to wait another MONTH, just to see if I get my order after 75 DAYS? What is this? In all the 23 years I have shopped online, I have never come across any company with a 75 DAY NON DELIVERY policy. This is ridiculous and contravenes EU law, as far as I am aware. Anyway, buyers beware. If your order gets delayed or lost, you will have to wait 75 DAYS before they will even think about issuing a refund. I wonder if the credit card companies agree!
