“I'd like to know where I could wrote a teally positive review about a member of yoyr staff. His name is Umar. He assisted in me bringing me to the flight gate for the 12.20pm flight to Dublin via a wheelchair, as I have MS. He was so attentive in making sure I got there on time, as there was a wait period checking one bag. He went above and and beyond to make sure I made the flight on time. (Which I did because of him). The flight was the Aer Lingus 12.20pm to Dublin. I always like to post positive reviews when someone has made your day better/ easier....and deserves respect! Cherish him!
