“The ‘Get well’ tin was an absolute hit with my 8 year old Granddaughter She had a compound fracture to her arm and this gift cheered her up. Delivery was first class The tin is now being used to keep her crayons in. I have used Biscuiteers before and they are ‘my go to’ for a special gift for any occasion.”

“You should change your system, if the recipient is not in you shouldn’t send the biscuits to the delivery office. The last thing new parents need is to go and collect a present that was meant to arrive on their doorstep, especially if it’s supposed to be a surprise. Very disappointing and I will be considering you elsewhere for presents going forward.”

If the recipient isn't in to accept the parcel, a sorry we missed you card will have been left to be able to re arrange the delivery. You can also do this on the Royal Mail tracking page. “Biscuit still hasn’t arrived a week after expected so missed the birthday. I paid around £30 for delivery to Australia. I actually tried to cancel this as I hadn’t realised how pricey delivery was and now it’s not even arrived on time.”
