“Ordered a package for my friends, didn’t show up for five days so called and they arranged a premium courier to deliver a new package next day, that also hasn’t turned up and we are on day four..”

“The size of the tin does not justify the price in any shape or form. The picture online is very misleading. Gave this feedback on Twitter but message was ignored. Will not be using again”

“It was my first time visiting the shop, as I have always bought my biscuits online. The shop is so beautiful and the customer service was lovely. It was a real pleasure buying the tin of biscuits for my daughter (gingerbread house), which we are yet to open and build. The packaging, however, is gorgeous, always.”

“Great product but delivery let it down. I love the personalisation and bought a box for friends who’d just got married. However ‘tracked’ delivery didn’t allow me to track it until a delivery attempt was made, and it was 6 days late- such a shame given the quality and cost of the biscuits!”
