“I bought my husband “ Classic cars“ for a birthday treat and he was amazed at such an unusual gift. I also ordered two boxes of letterbox biscuits for my two granddaughters, but they won’t get them until tomorrow! I’m sure they’ll be delighted too!!”

“I ordered a biscuit cake for my friend's 70th. Not seeing it I cannot make a personal statement, but I had a thank you card from her and assumed she was happy. It arrived on time which is always nice.”

“Biscuits and packaging were fine, but package did not arrive in time for birthday. Recipient had to go to Post Office 4 days later to pick up. Delivery I know is not totally under Biscuiteer's control. I did ask where the package was but was told it was in the hands of the Post Office and could take 72 hours to get an answer. I asked again about 48 hours later and got a rather short message back saying I'd been told it would be 72 hours. Today is a week later and I still haven't heard from Biscuiteers regarding the delivery.”
