“Biscuits were lovely and personaliation perfect, however one of the biscuits (the pencil) was broken in transit. Also disappointed that they didn't arrive when scheduled, so 4 days late because of the Bank Holiday - poor for a Tracked24 service.”

“I sent a letterbox Birthday gift to my son. He was delighted with them and said that they were too good to eat! Apparently though the eating equalled his first impression. Fantastic service arrived on the day. Thank you all.”

“Thought the biscuit would have been much bigger .Candles had fallen off .Left a message if we weren't in where to leave the box .Courier didn't ring the bell .Left outside even though we were in .Dog barked so we looked outside to find the delivery but no courier. Would not order again.”
