“I absolutely love the concept of biscuits through the post and until today, every order has been magnificent - it has arrived on time and each recipient has been completely delighted. Today is the first time the order did not make it to the birthday boy on the correct date :(”

“I would give ZERO stars if I could! Needless to say my friend who I sent the biscuit to has still not received it and it was due to arrive on 5 Dec for her birthday.”

“Wonderful product. I bought the gingerbread house to decorate with my two children, and we were all fighting over who could do it, it was presented beautifully with high quality product. Arrived on time, even with the xmas delays. It isn't cheap but I would most definitely do it again.”

“Packaging is very nice and well presented. Unfortunately we had a little icing sugar explosion when we opened the tin (as the icing bag had split) but this added to the fun. I would say this is a quite expensive for what you get, however it is well done and smells absolutely delicious when you open the tin!”

“Have used this company many times, but never again, order was several days late spoiling the surprise, customer service nor helpful or obliging when i contacted them, plenty of lovely alternatives and small business's who do the same on Etsy etc, shall be supporting them in the future, totally let down by biscuiteers!”
