“Have sent these biscuits direct to Australia and they have always arrived before the needed date and never late. Always in good condition, not broken or messy. Cannot fault them. Will use again.”

“Hello i am happy with the rapidity of the delivery and the quality of biscuits but i must have cliques twice on the button ans my friend received twice the same box wirh twice the same message. I would have expected someone of the biscuiteer company to contact me to checkif that was correct. Also nobody called me back to settle the issue”

“Very unreliable and definitely not recommended. I bought some biscuits as gift for a friend's birthday and had requested a delivery date of 30 Dec but they didn't arrive. When the customer service team came back to work on 4 Jan they told me there had been a stock issue and refunded me without any issues. But when you're relying on this to arrive as a present, it just can't be trusted.”

“I want to say a huge thank to you all. This order was part of a gift set for my daughter. I wanted a "hands (hand cream), Face (Soothing face mask) and space (your "To the Moon and Back" tin) gift for our daughter, Flo. Flo is on the frontline of Covid as a physio on ITU and specialist wards at Papworth hospital. Her face is bruised from the PPE masks, and she is desperately tired. She deals with illness and death on a daily basis. Small tokens of thanks and delicious things to look forward to make a bigger impact these days. Your tin brought a small gleam of joy for her and us. Thank you.”

“My mother was delighted with the iced Christmas mice (almost, but not quite, too cute to eat). My dog was also delighted with her tin of cheesy bones - such a sensible size, and almost tempting enough for me to try one myself!”
