“Originally ordered on the 1st of the month as a get well gift. Was charged £28 for “premium international delivery” and was told delivery would be the 5th. Chased up on the 10th and was told delivery would be the 11th. This didn’t happen. It’s now the 13th and I still have no idea when this now completely pointless gift will arrive if ever. Won’t be using this company again. I can’t answer the rest of the questions as the item still hasn’t arrived, customer service have basically said they don’t do refunds regardless of how long the biscuits take to arrive.”

“Perfect presents for everybody! I have ordered numerous gifts from Biscuiteers and every present has been excellent. The Gluten Free biscuits were described as the "best biscuits ever" and the ice your own biscuits give plenty of entertainment time. A biscuit for all events - what could be better!”

“The biscuits are beautiful to look at and so is the tin, unfortunately they are very sweet and if you don't like a chocolate based biscuit you are out of luck. People love to recieve them as they are unusual it is a pity the biscuits do not taste as good as they look.”

“If you ever want a small special and unusual gift this is the place to come. The products are lovely but the icing on the cake, or biscuit if you want, is the absolutely gorgeous box the gift comes in. It all feels so special. Service was excellent, kept informed of progress of order all the way. Would definitely recommend and will use again.”
