Placed an order for delivery on 14 December - never arrived!! Dreadful customer service - no reply to last 3 emails and no biscuits for Christmas!!

I still haven’t received my item! It’s Christmas Eve! So now no longer required! Brought express delivery and in enough time.. delivered to wrong house! One email correspondence and nothing else! I’m without my goods and out of pocket!

I placed 2 Christmas orders to be sent to good friends far away who deserved a very special treat. They were both DELIGHTED to receive their biscuits!! I was kept updated at every step of the process and couldn’t be happier with Biscuiteers service . Sadly I haven’t been able to sample any of their wares .....yet! Maybe I’ll have to send myself a surprise.

Beautiful packaging, delicious cheese biscuits and chutney. Unfortunately a pack of biscuits arrived crushed, so it has spoiled the experience.

I have ordered from Biscuiteers in the past but will not use again after a disappointing experience with a Christmas order. The products are beautiful but are sadly let down by inefficient management of orders and poor communications. I ordered weeks in advance, but four days after the delivery date I booked, the order has still not arrived - and yet on the morning of 22nd December the website is still advertising next-day delivery. It appears that last-minute orders are prioritised over those placed in advance. Customer services staff are polite but send standard template messages blaming the Royal Mail, but it appears that my order has not yet been dispatched, four days after it should have been delivered. The company needs to be proactive about informing customers of delays. Very disappointing.

I have been trying for 5 days to contact this company regarding an order I placed. Today I have discovered they have duplicated the order, charging 2 different prices for the same product. Still not been contacted!

Birthday surprise still not arrived. Now five days late. Comms need some work - extremely disappointing...... :-( Got generic email explaining how busy poor Royal Mail are. I replied with more questions, but just got a reply asking if I wanted a catalogue. No I don't thank you, I just want what I ordered to arrive on the day you offered as an option! If you can't trust Snail Mail you should only give week ending options. Simples

Buying great, product great. BUT did not arrive on correct day despite ordering well in advance. Other businesses have managed it without charging for the service. I paid for delivery and was very organised with early ordering so am very disappointed.
