“Ok. The biscuits I sent friends I chose to send on the 30th December but you didn’t send until the 31st which was disappointing. I also sent my mum a biscuit on the 31st and it was cracked/ broken when she received it which I guess can’t be helped because of nature of it being posted.”

“My husband loved his birthday biscuit! Everything about it was exquisite. These biscuits are a little bit of luxury. The 2021 biscuits with bottle of champagne biscuit hit the spot with my daughter and her family.There are five family members and this gift delivered a biscuit each- perfect!”

“I have used Biscuiteers to send a few gifts this year and most recently this Christmas - the Nutcracker gift box and the Christmas gift box - both recipients for these gifts said how delicious they were and beautifully presented. I have also had to contact customer services once and found my query dealt with swiftly and to complete satisfaction.”

“I sent a box of the Nutcracker biscuits to friends for Christmas. They were delighted, especially as they have used biscuiteers to send to friends but never received them for themselves. They said the tin and biscuits are so lovely and really brightened their day when received. Would recommend as they arrived as planned and I got good notification of the despatch and delivery.”

“Biscuit was fine. The fact is was despatched after the requested delivery day was very disappointing. If you are too busy to fulfil orders you should stop taking them.”

“Received the 2021 celebration biscuits which looked fabulous, until we tasted one. 100% style over substance. Biscuits were stale and completely uninteresting, and the first ‘2’ was broken. I then checked the price that our friends had paid and was shocked. I would have expected lovely and tasty biscuits at least! Be ashamed Buscuiteers!”

“Ordered well in advance for delivery 21st December but the biscuits weren't even sent until 22nd - very disappointing. This cannot be blamed on Covid.”

“I usually buy the Christmas biscuits, but thought I’d give the macaroons & the hand iced chocolates a try. They were simply scrumptious, the chocolates so perfectly iced of course, and the ganache is smooth & just divine. Yummy. & the macaroons..fabulous.”
