“A letterbox biscuiteers present sent to 91 year old Aunt in Wales. She was absolutely delighted with the beautifully decorated spring lamb biscuits that were delivered promptly. Such a unique present that brought a smile to her face and cheered her up no end.”

“I Use the biscuiteers a lot , as I live in Spain this is a great way to send my family and friends great pressies that are themed to the specific day/ celebration and as well.as being so tasty the packaging makes them extra special so pleased and nice even had them delivered to Spain twice. But wouldn't recommend it as it resecrctions for.posting foods are a lot more strict now and I ended up paying 31 euros for the shipment. No fault of the biscuiteers just an extra from brexit but they still tasted just a good yum yum.”

“Ordered a selection of letterbox biscuits (9 in total) for family and friends over the Easter period. Everyone texted or sent a card informing of their delight in the first instance with the lovely packaging. They looked 'too good to eat' were some of the comments. Everyone agreed that they tasted lovely and brought a little ray of sunshine. Thanks again to Biscuiteers for great service and a quality product. (Keep hoping that I will get sent one) LOL”

“Our Easter ginger bunny arrived with a broken leg. But he was still delicious. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with a light melting ginger crumble. Hand made with love and delicious. A great little surprise through the letter box.”

“Product was good but one of the products was not delivered by Royal Mail and on tracking item they said they were advised not to deliver. I had to have it redelivered”

“All my friends, their children and my granddaughter and her friends were thrilled and delighted to receive their Biscuiteers Gifts! I have received so many Thank you Cards from them !! Not Texts but the Old Fashioned Way by the Post Man through my door ! So lovely as I am 80 years old and have been Shielding for many months!”

“It was such an expensive and complicated process getting the cookies thru customs in Athens. I suggest you don’t sell to Greece. The cookies arrived after Easter and after the birthday and it cost me euro 200.- of fees which is ridiculous. So it was a terrible experience unfortunately.”

“I tried to send this tin to my daughter in Paris. The website is quite clear that there will be customs charges to pay and I was prepared for this. What I was not prepared for was that it was going to be fifty euros on top of the shipping. I thought I should point this out to customer service but I just got a standard response about customs charges. I think that it would be a good idea to be more upfront about the scale of this as really shipping to Europe post Brexit isn’t an option if it is going to cost more than the cost of the biscuits.”
