“I placed two orders for delivery to friends in Austria in May 2021 for the letterbox biscuits. I followed the Biscuiteers’ FAQs, researched possible customs charges (which should be no more than 20% of the order cost) and the process involved which advised that I would be alerted by the courier DHL if extra customs charges were applicable. I was therefore extremely disappointed to discover that both friends were asked by DHL directly to pay customs amounting to between 60-110% of the actual cost of the biscuits. DHL made no attempt to contact me at any time. Despite several complaints to Biscuiteers, all they could say is there was nothing they could do about it. Furthermore they made no attempt to further investigate with DHL, so be warned DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SEND ANY ORDERS OVERSEAS. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced for many years, and I certainly won’t be using them again.”

“New Mum and Dad were thrilled with the New Baby biscuits and keepsake tin.They both said how delicious the biscuits were,although in some ways they didn't want to eat them because the looked so beautiful.Thank you they loved them.”

“My friend's face said it all as she brought them to show me! She loved the gingerbread faces so much that she is going to keep them and not eat them!!! It looks like I am going to have to buy her some more to eat! (I would order many more items but it will be occasionally as feel the postage is too high)”
