“This was the first time I had used your company & liked the choice available. The website was easy to use & I also rang your helpline & spoke to a very friendly & helpful staff member. So all in all a very good experience spoilt only by one of the parcels arriving late due to the local Postal Office, so not your fault.”

“The set itself was very good - the tin was lovely and they provided plenty of icing / decorations. The reason for the 2 stars is that the biscuits were totally stale when I opened the tin, 3 days after receiving them (despite the description saying they are fresh for a month after leaving the kitchen)! I have ordered plenty of biscuits from Biscuiteers for my friends in the past and if this is the quality they have been receiving then I’m slightly embarrassed.”

“The product is great but the delivery was below standard. It was supposed to be signed for so we stayed in our flat on a Saturday morning. It didn’t come and later we found it had been left in reception but with no notification and no request for a signature.”

“The Easter Chick biscuit was the perfect gift for an elderly relative (93 in fact!) who has a small appetite and doesn’t really eat a lot of chocolate. Beautifully decorated and delivered by Easter (as promised) despite ordering late. Great service, great biscuits, will definitely order again ☺️”

“At fairly short notice, Biscuiteers managed to get a lovely Easter biscuit letterbox gift to my Dad, who is in a care home with Alzheimer's. He was really happy to get them in their box, and loved them. I haven't been able to see him for a year now, due to travel restrictions, so it was really nice to know how much he enjoyed the biscuits. Little things really do make all the difference right now. “I sent this to my nephew in Jersey and he couldn't eat it as it was so stale. Real shame as looked so pretty. Also my children received the box of painted eggs earlier in week and these were also pretty stale and not nice to eat. Very disappointing.”
