the biscuits were great but appalling customer service and charged me for boxes plus postage (x3) when i only ordered boxes in one single order. so I would not order on line again. it has been more than one week and still no reply from customer services or sign of my refund. Really poor service and not what I would expect!

The biscuit was well received. However, I was overcharged for delivery. The delivery details on the Biscuiteers website was wrong, but I was made to feel like it was my fault when I questioned it with customer services. I'm sad that they weren't apologetic for their false info on the website and they didn't offer to refund what they had overcharged.

This was all too late for the gift to be given, so I ended up with an expensive gift to myself!
In correspondence it was blamed on COVID extra lockdowns which whilst I understand, I found very frustrating as this all happened after they should have been delivered!!
I requested a refund as they hadn't fulfilled the order and I no longer needed them, this I was told was impossible but I was offered a good will voucher on next purchase.

No idea what the products are like as Biscuiteers were incapable of delivering a tin of Advent biscuits on time despite having nearly two weeks notice! Furthermore they seem to have lost the tin and have been slow to refund me for this fiasco.
