“The wrong gift box was dispatched and my aunt received a rugby package instead of an Easter box of two lambs and a daffodil. No one returned my calls or emails until 3 days after the event. When you did email back you offered a credit note for £0.00 or the correct order to be delivered. You can guess which one I chose. Waiting to see if you get it right this time. My other order was perfect and delivered on time.”

“Your biscuits are fabulous! I received a lovely box of them for Mother’s Day… They are so pretty - almost too good to eat! So it was that I sent a Happy Easter box to our son and family ...They were thrilled with them! I have now just ordered your RHS flower collection box to send to my sister… So you can see I am hooked ! Congratulations to you all on making such beautiful biscuits.. and good to have the tin afterwards for remembrance.....”

“First time I’ve ever had to leave a review of less than 5*. As usual, communication from Biscuiteers was great but I was very disappointed with the art work on the chocolates my friends received. Not up to the usual high standard although they tasted delicious.”

“My 8 year old granddaughter loved her Easter gift. As I haven't been able to see her for nearly a year it was lovely to be able to send her a special easter treat. The trouble is they look so nice she doesn't want to eat it.”

“The macaroons look very good. However they all taste the same. Had no flavour very bland. Bought also the Easter biscuits with a fantastic decoration. The biscuits were not nice. They tasted cardboard like. Here again no flavour”
