“Biscuits are lovely! However delivery is definitely an issue. I think you need to look into another mailing option instead of using Royal Mail. My advent biscuits were a week late which ruined the surprise!”

“Well packaged without a single biscuit break on the trip to the US. Arrived early and was a wonderful surprise for my granddaughter. When in London last year we iced holiday cookies together and this gift was a beautiful reminder of that tea and cookie icing experience.”

“Bought several items intended as gifts and my order arrived very quickly. Love the Snowman & Nutcracker biscuit tins designs and am looking forward to hearing feedback once my family open them on Christmas Day. In the meantime, two children have each opened their boxes to see a jolly elf and santa gingerbread nestled inside. To see their delighted smiles and hear their excited 'thank you' was priceless!”

“Sent biscuits to Italy which is always a bit dodgy at best of times, but they arrived on the day and recipient was delighted. So I continue to be pleased with Biscuiteers and will always use them.”

“I’d love to leave a positive review but I can’t. My order hasn’t arrived and it’s way past the delay predicted on the website. Biscuiteers won’t entertain sending out a replacement and instead blame Royal Mail. Eventually, they agreed that the order is likely to have been lost at the Royal Mail depot but still won’t sent me a replacement. So I have one disappointed child. My PayPal account is far lighter and Biscuiteers clearly couldn’t care less. Seriously , stay well away from mail order.”
