“Beautifully presented. Bought as a present from UK delivered to Spain. Delivery quoted as 2-3 days but were actually delivered next day! Told that they not only looked good but tasted yummy! Would definiately buy for present again. Good work, well done!”

“Great website, ordering was simple, communication good, my biscuit arrived on time (I ordered a gingerbread man to sample and more biscuits as gifts to friends overseas) . Presentation was beautiful, so nice I’m loathed to throw the box away. So what went wrong for me. I am sorry to say The Biscuit. Tasteless, not good at all. Perfect for people on a diet.”

“Had problems ordering two single biscuits and left an email. Richard replied on the Monday but I had managed to place two separate orders by then. However I rang to find out why postage for one order was more than the other for identical biscuits. Had to leave a message but nobody got back to me so I emailed again but no reply to that either. Not impressed with the service. First recipient said biscuit looked lovely but hadn't tasted it yet.”

“Ordered from overseas. Great service, promt delivery even with the disclaimer saying it may be delayed because of the time of year and the volume of business (Royal Mail). Cute packaging. Brought a smile to the face of my BFF who had been a bit down. Would use again definitely.”
