“The biscuit was well received. However, I was overcharged for delivery. The delivery details on the Biscuiteers website was wrong, but I was made to feel like it was my fault when I questioned it with customer services. I'm sad that they weren't apologetic for their false info on the website and they didn't offer to refund what they had overcharged.”

“I didn't actually see the biscuits in person as they were a present. However my friend got in touch and she said that they were lovely and the tin was a definite keep sake.”

“I have never seen such beautiful icing in my life.. From placing the order to receiving the biscuits the service is fantastic. Beautiful presentation tin and just amazing, they are for Easter so I haven’t tried them yet, if I’m honest they look to good to eat.”
