“I was delighted with the quality and presentation of the iced biscuits and sweets. I was given a 'get well' box and subsequently sent a couple of birthday boxes. Everything arrived as expected and was much appreciated by the recipients.”

“Other than a tin with tennis themed (very witty) biscuits given to me some years ago as a thank you, I have never actually seen the products. But they are always gratefully received by friends and relations. These RHS flowers looked so beautiful on the website. The recipient is in a nursing home, where I can not visit, and is delighted with them.”

“Lovely biscuits, much appreciated by the recipient. Five stars for those! One glitch was that there was a sizeable additional charge to pay before DPD would deliver the parcel in Italy, though we'd already paid for Italian delivery! Please can biscuiteers sort this out, as it means we won't be inclined to use this service again until we know charges in advance. Not much of a present to land someone with an extra bill on the doorstep!”
