HI Charlotte, I'm so sorry for the delay in delivery fin delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing a high amount of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or Christmas. Again I'm very sorry for the delay. Warm Regards , Biscuiteers x

“Have loved Biscuiteers for a long time but the introduction of £1.50 postage for letter box biscuits has been a game changer - it worked out too expensive before to send someone just a little something in the post but now it's so much more do-able, I will be doing this so much more.”

“I ordered the biscuit birthday one for my granddaughter. It arrived on the right day beautifully packaged. My daughter in law said it looked lovely and the writing on it was very good. It was very delicious but the icing was too sweet. Do you make a low sugar version?”

“I ordered a biscuit on 10th November to be delivered on 14th November. It arrived on 19th November. It was meant to be a birthday ‘Thinking of you’ card for my cousin who had lost her husband a few days before her birthday. The ‘biscuit card’ arrived the day before her husbands funeral. The sentiment of the gesture was completely lost. Taking 10 days to get there. Not great when you want something unusual as a nice surprise for someone on a certain day.”

“I think that the tracking process that you use is not really the best for your customers. My order was placed on the 8th and I was told it would be delivered on the 10th. When it had not been delivered on the 10th I chased it up and was told it had just been sent .As it happened it was not delivered until the 13th but the tracking service only tells you when it is delivered so you don't know where it is until thenas opposed to other tracking services which tell you more about it's journey.”

“Brilliant service. I ordered the Thank You biscuits for my sister and they were delivered directly to her the next day. She loved the biscuits and the tin but can't bring herself to eat the biscuits yet as she's enjoying looking at them so much!”

“Great service. Used it to cheer up my Covid struck daughter with a Little Miss Hug biscuit and she loved it. Said it was delicious too as soon as her sense of taste came back.”

“Biscuit arrived 5 days after my friend’s birthday. Covid and Royal Mail was blamed, not the greatest apology. Don’t order delivery for special dates as they are likely to be late. The statement of 95% arrive on the date requested should be removed from the website. Biscuit was ok........”
