“Stood waiting for staff to be shown to booked table. Service very slow and disorganised. Medium rump steak arrived rare and so tough was inedible. Will not be visiting here again!!”
“Food was lovely and service by deputy manager Wictor was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a long wait and the staff seemed overwhelmed probably due to poor understaffing from poor organisation.”
“Entering there was an overwhelming smell of fried food which was not plesant. The starter was served at an acceptable time but then there was a 50 minute wait for the main. We all chose different main courses but all were flooded with a mustard sauce - even the Christmas menu Turkey dinner option. This was not nice for some of our meals.
Overall a very disappointing experience that would stop us coming to you again.”

had our first poor meal of Duck Breast ,the duck was tough and sauce bland,we were offered another dish but mistakenly had Duck again which was a slight improvement on the last one,the lovely waitress apologised, great service as ever,we will return one day ,lovely atmosphere and staff.i A reduction on the bill was appreciated.”
