“Very disappointed with the time taken to receive my order. I've been waiting 6 months for a Micklem Bridle I ordered back in August last year. The bridle has not appeared and I constantly have to follow up with the staff to gain a sense of of arrival. The website still shows the bridles as available. A number of delivery dates have been set and not met, The staff seem to lack urgency/appear unable to resolve and complete the order.”
