Once they received the product back and waiting two weeks I had to be the one to contact them to find out why I hadn’t received my refund. After speaking with several people and sending them documents showing I would receive a full refund they only sent me partial refund. For what ever reason they also charged me $9 for shipping. So in total I send them $170 and I was refunded $119 minus $9 for shipping for sending it back.
