“They lost my reservation and I had to rebook for later then I wanted. Service was slow. We were patient, as it was new year's Eve and busy, however way too slow. It took 30 minutes after sitting down to get our drinks ordered (after I stood up and approached a server) and then another 20 minutes for the bottle of wine to be brought to us. The food did not meet our expectations. The sushi was flavorless. Why does the majority of your Maki rolls have tempura bits? Not a pleasant experience and one I will not repeat.”
“Went for brunch. Very loud. Very crowded. Service very slow. Food quality not what I expect from Mizu. Won’t be returning again for brunch. Even had to ask a few times for soda water. Drinks were not offered except one time.”
