“Very disappointed from the start to the finish. We were left waiting at the host station and ignored by the server who was taking drinks outside, but would have clearly seen us. A quick "Someone will be with you soon" would have at least felt more welcoming. When seated, water was delivered quickly. Ordered drinks, two draft Caybrew Light and one lager - we were told that the lager was not available, so different lager choice was made. About 5 minutes later, one drink was delivered and we were told that the Caybrew Light was not available. The one drink delivered was the wrong one. Limited choice of vegetarian meals on the menu. When food did arrive the one meal which had Beef was barely lukewarm, but the fries were very hot, and the Fish & Chip meal had lukewarm chips. We had to ask for some mayonnaise - would have been nice if we had been asked if we would like anything else. Food quality, apart from temperature, was good and reasonable portions. When the bill arrived, we had been charged for the wrong drink. Overall, very disappointed with the service which was slow and it did not appear to be that busy. This feedback is left so that you can improve.”
“The food was subpar at best. The bang bang shrimp had zero taste. Steak was overcooked and full of grissle. The key lime pie was smaller than a grocery store slice.
The cost was ridiculous for this level of dining. Not to mention a 15% gratuity was automatically added to our bill. We didn’t notice and added an additional 20%. Rotten. We won’t be back and will not recommend.”
