“Customer service I would give 5 stars. Anni was exceptional and very helpful. As for the dog food that I have received again, after sending the first batch back is not sealed properly and the tins badly damaged. I will be returning for a full refund when they come back from holidays. This has been the only problem I have ever had with them, don't know what has happened with there QC, but it's not good enough. 3x24 tins and I sent more than half back. Now need to go through it all again.”
