I sent the requested documents several times, but I received no feedback that they had arrived. The live chat agent confirmed that all my requested documents were received, that is my last information on 19.10.2024. Their system and support is horrible. I didn't get answear my questions, and they can't/don't want tell me where is my case.
I wrote numerous e-mails to the support and also wrote in the live chat and submitted a webform on BitMEX. But I don't get any answer by email. The live chat agent always promises to solve my case within 24/48 hours. But nothings happen. I still can't use my deposit. The BitMEX waste my time and money, but thank goodness that I contacted Fosterboon.org for help before it was too late.
