I do not even want to give 1 star. Do NOT use this company. They do not deliver your orders, then repory an anomaly and then to rectify this will not refund but will only add to your account, when there is no way in hell you want to order anything from them again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Do not use just read the reviews below and on trustpilot - Bizay will never contact you and you have no way to contact them (as their will be issues)!

Absolute con. I have had three orders. Two came a month late and the latest not at all. The quality is not to desired on the orders that have arrived. Never using these again and warning others the same. Don’t do it. Value your money.

A total fraud! They took the money and then they canceled the order after a few days and they didn't offer a REFUND but "CREDITS." Unacceptable. Tried to contact the support none replied.

Customised items were not delivered at all following *8 weeks* of confusion (production delays, incorrect shipping notifications etc..) and missed the event they were meant for. **10 weeks** and many emails later I am strictly only given the choice between 1. Start production again or 2. Receive Bizay credit to my account. Despite rejecting the credit, I was then informed I was given the credit and the matter was considered resolved... This was in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to make claims with my bank to get my money back. Do not rely on Bizay for timely delivery or reasonable service. Can't comment on product quality because I never received it!

Ordered business cards and did not realise they were based in Portugal. They have not delivered my cards and just vague emails that they will bee in touch? Complete fraudsters. I am asking for Mastercard chargeback

17 days after making the purchase and paying extra for the fast shipping, I did not receive the product I ordered, I waited another 3 days for a response from customer service to find out that they detected an operational anomaly in my order whatever that means. In my opinion they are scammers. I am going to report this to my bank to get my money back. I would advise against using this company.

Very bad website There is no option for unsubscribe. If you want to unsubscribe then then you have log in first even after there’s no way you can unsubscribe It’s so frustrating

Cards not delivered so emailed several times to complain and requested refund and not heard anything back from them. Now today after I reviewed them on another review site sent a tracking code so they appear to be sending out the cards I asked to be refunded for and no longer need as I had to buy replacements from VistaPrint in the interim. Bizay are complete fraudsters, they take your money, fail to deliver and then when you leave a negative review they will reply and make out they are sorry and are looking into the issue but in fact they are not. All emails and complaints on their own webforms are completely ignored. Wish I had seen these reviews before I spent my money with them. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards and getting my credit card to refund me. Avoid at all costs

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. They have been ignoring my emails for weeks, delivery took forever and quality of print was awful. Absolutely not what I paid for and very disappointed. Non-existent customer service and cheap c**p. Would never order from them again.

Supposed to be delivered by 17th having ordered on the 8th (so not 48 hour deliver as it says everywhere on the website. Sent me a tracking number on the 12th that is not recognised by TNT. Customer service sent me a message (eventually after contacting them by email, Facebook and Instagram) saying there has been an operational anomaly so hasn’t even left Portugal. They have ruined the event and the product will be pointless after the event. Wish I’d read these reviews first. £154 wasted.

Awful print quality, products look cheap and I honestly could have done better printing them at home! I ordered business cards, folders and notebooks. Items are not as advertised on the website, customer correspondence was terrible, & when I asked for my order to be cancelled and money refunded, they ignored my request & sent half the order out! What has turned up is the worst quality products I've ever seen. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I couldn't leave no stars because I couldn't!!! One of the worst Companies every worked with... My order hasnt arrived on time for the second time!!!! In December this happened, my business cards didn't arrive in time and had to go and print locally new business card which costed me €400 euros. My order had to arrive on the 12th April as I am launching a new product this week and cannot because of you inability to deliver a good service. Moreover, the order that had to arrive on the 12th is still in process 😡 I cannot contact customer service via telephone, sent them and email a msg on Facebook and Instagram but no reply.I have another order coming end of month and I need to travel with the items, I am expecting same disappointment. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY PRICES ARE LOW FOR A REASON!! ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED ME

Order placed with them for over £250. They could not facilitate the order so i requested a refund so i could go elsewhere. They replied saying i had been refunded.....to a digital currency only useable on their website. They refused to communicate from there. I paid with real money, real GBP so the refund must be back to the original payment source, not a dictatorship non-currency of their own creation. That's theft! Plain and simple. This company is acting criminally and stealing peoples hard earned money. They need to be brought to justice

Terrible service. Had to wait weeks for delivery unless I paid a fortune. Postcards arrived looking very dull and dark with colours which did not resemble the colours or quality of the PDF upload. The crisp and clear image actually looked dirty with white objects becoming brown. A huge amount of image sharpness was also lost. They sent a follow-up email asking for feedback so I kindly took time to tell them about my disappointment but at no point did I ask for a refund or make a formal complaint. They then said that they were sorry but the printing met their standards (even though from the photos I sent they could see they looked awful). I did not need their opinion, I had not made a complaint. These defensive and dismissive emails continued, so adding poor customer care on top of the poor print quality meant I felt I had no option to but to leave this review. Do not waste your money on Bizay orders please. Very upset customer here.
