“I would give negative stars if I could. I would advise anyone considering going the cheap route with printing AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I ordered swing tags in October, they arrived late and printed upside down even though I paid extra for QC. I then had to endure possibly the worst and most infuriating customer service experience of my life. Getting several of the same e-mail asking me for the same thing. I asked for a refund and they basically ignored my request, I was so brow beaten I though, to hell with it, just get them to reprint them. Again requested QC, the second re-print arrived, again upside down and the hole was drilled through the top of my logo. So now I have 500 totally useless swing tags. I once again got on to them demanding a refund, they told me they’d re-print them and I re-iterated that I wanted a refund, they told me this wasn’t possible as they have already been printed (apparently this happened a few minutes after they said they would re-print them), and to get a refund I would need to refuse delivery of them, they have to be sent back and then I could have a refund. Just forget about this company, they’re totally incompetent and the few euro you’d save with them is not worth the amount of time spent dealing with the inevitable mistakes they’re going to make.”
“I agree with everything everyone has already said. I foolishly didn't check reviews before ordering 200 business cards. They said there was a 'problem' verifying my payment. I checked with the bank - the payment went through fine. 3 weeks later - no business cards, pathetic communication from the company and a complaint from me to Trading Standards and the National Police Anti-Scam website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

This company is a scam. I made my first order with them, which never arrived.
What happened next is, quite frankly, unbelievable. I received an email informing me that they had verified delivery of my order. I informed them right away that I had not and the fun and games began.
Back and forth, nothing but canned responses (in broken English) and what I now realise was purposeful delays in resolving this issue.
When it became clear that this company had no intention of providing me with the order I paid for, I requested a refund.
They have refused, giving me "loyalty credit" in my "customer account". I am a business owner, I did not order business stationary for fun. I was left in a tricky spot without the order and required a refund.
If something goes wrong, you will spend endless time chasing them around, and they will refuse point blank to resolve your issues.
As they have broken UK consumer law, I have reported them to UK Trading Standards. Be aware that you are also unable to unsubscribe from their email communications, as (in breach of GDPR), the unsubscribe link leads to a page where you can.......open a "customer loyalty account!"?

I received my cards which had been shrunk and the type size you needed a magnifying glass to read. THE UPLOADED image is at 100%
I contacted Bizay and there customer services refused to take any responsibility for the error. I would never trust them again to do anything for me or anyone that I know”
“Ordered business cards on 21st Jan to be delivered on 4th Feb. Contacted them on 3rd Feb to check if it was still arriving on the 4th (checked the status on the website and it said ‘.processing’) and got a standard reply that my order will be with me on the 4th. 4th Feb and nothing arrived so I emailed them again and got told that couriers are experiencing delays . It was a lie as they gave me tracking number and order hadn’t even been posted. So contacted them again... they apologised and said order will be with me soon . Today is the 9th and still nothing . Sent another email . What a waste of time , totally rubbish and annoying! Will not be ordering from them again !!!!

“Placed an order, order did not arrived, contacted the support, received a reply two days later, order received two week slater!!! Swing tags were totally unusable, colors faded, all cards with different sizes, awful print quality and to top it all up, the paper stock was used, well it wasn't a card, more like a cheap office printing paper. Asked for a refund, declined. After 7 days of emailing back and forward, Bizay have issued a "buying credit" to my Bizay account rather than an actual money to my bank account!!!! It's been well over a month now, taking to small claims courts as well as reporting to trading standards agencies and money fraud.”
“I ordered 3 items to be delivered on the 13th. 1/3 arrived on the 2nd and was very poor quality although I paid extra for my items to be looked over. When the rest of my delivery didn't arrive on the 13th I chased the company multiple times who finally advised me the items had been delayed. I responded and said I would like to cancel the rest of the order as it is now too late to which they said my item would be dispatched soon. I then emailed almost every day saying I no longer want these items and they kept responding saying my item was being dispatched and completely disregarding my comments in regards to a refund.
The rest of the items have now arrived 2 weeks after my paid for due date, I have no need for these items and they too are poor quality.
I'll look forward to my copy and pasted response to match all the other 1 star reviews.

“I ordered blank mags and paid near £20 for 48 hour delivery. When the delivery wasn't received a week later I tried to cancel. Even though the blank Mugs hadn't even left their factory they wouldn't refund. When I final go a partial delivery refund, they put it on an account to spend with them, not to your bank. Very hard customer service. Def not 100percent customer satification as they state!”
“Order: 1158162 The coasters arrived today 15/12, one day later than promised which is acceptable particularly during this busy festive period for all, judging by the awful reviews I considered myself as one of the fortunate customers to actually receive orders . Whilst the coasters and the colours and the design as requested are faultless the only issue is that they are made of 'paper' and really not coasters as we know them, this should have been pointed out from the offset, it wasn't or maybe I misunderstood and the only place for these coasters sadly are the waste paper bin. I would suggest a compromise to suit all parties would be some form of a refund, or outline to me where it states these are paper coasters.”
“The coasters arrived 15/12, I can accept that they are a day later than promised at this time of the year and judging by all of the customer reviews I am probably one of the more fortunate ones. The art work is great the wordings and the layout as expected, but the coasters are just paper, whether I've missed something at the time of ordering, that bit was definitely not outlined or explained etc. Big disappointment I'm afraid and certainly cannot present to a customer as a give away marketing material, we would be laughed out of town! So I would be suggest that we agree some form of compensation award... I would be happy to meet a half way payment refund as the paper coasters are neither use nor ornament and currently filed away in the waste bin.”
