“ Just had a bed delivered. Excellent service. Notification the night before to let me know my three hour delivery times. Then a phone call 30mins before delivery. Carried the two parcels inti our apartment and were gone within 15 mins. ”

“ Estimated time given to me day before delivery for a 3 hour time slot, phone call received on day of delivery advising me that delivery would be within 30 to 40 minutes (pretty much within first half hour of estimated time slot). ”

Asked if I would go outside and wave a torch, which I did in the dark and pouring rain at the end of a 200yards Lane. Repeated this twice before success. Uou7 I would point out If BJS had made it easier for me to give them my “What3words” location they would not have been lost. ”
