“Received my order, but there was an item missing. They wrote 'refund' on the invoice, however I still have not been refunded for the missing item. Have had to open a PayPal dispute because there has been no response to my email. Other products are good but this does not make it a good experience.”

“Items came very promptly despite a global pandemic and a quick refund for items that they didn't have. Items are not overpriced like lots of other places. Will definitely order from here again.”

“It was easy to order from Black Hair Care and delivery cost was fair as well as delivery time. I think it's a bit unreasonable though to ask me to review specific products, given I only received them the day before, and one use of the product is not enough time to know whether it's any good for my hair or not.”
