“I love BBP, I've ordered with them a few times now and have always had a great experience. Dispatch is quick, the quality is fantastic, and customer service has always been great when I have needed it. On top of this the prices are the best I have found, not matched anywhere else.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because of the couriers that are used. Any issues with my order have been on Fastway's (now Aramex) end and it has put me off buying from BBP a few times. The delivery has been late a couple of times (not BBP's fault) and the box squashed (but contents were fine).
Other than that, BBP is fantastic. If you are happy to use the couriers, you cant go wrong with BBP.”
“Happy with product. Unfortunately the Banana flavour I purchased wasn’t received. I was sent 2 of the salted caramel flavour instead. Wasn’t notified of this after placing my order. All flavours I ordered were shown on my receipt as being in stock.”
