“The overall purchase process was great. The only issue was that following the purchase, 1 of the items was cancelled due to being out of stock. Since postage was estimated for both, now if I want to get the other product, I need to pay for another postage. A lot of people will buy few items together to minimise on postage cost. So this is something that might need to be looked into as the system is not reliant.”
