“I recently purchased two large free standing lanterns on line, unfortunately they were damaged in transit by the delivery company. On contacting BCMW, the company could not have been more helpful and immediately agreed to replace them without hesitation and both replacements arrived yesterday. The whole process was extremely well managed by Joanne in Customer Services. Thank you Joanne and I am delighted with both lanterns.”

“I was looking for a weathervane with a Hedgehog on for my daughter's b'day -Black Country designed one especially for me as they had never been asked for one previously. Joanne Jones was very helpful and even though staff were furloughed at the time the weathervane was ready in time. Very good service and a brilliant result.”

“Since lockdown, we have been buying organic milk in 2l bottles from a farmer's machine. The 4-bottle metal wine carrier we bought from Black Country Metalworks was ideal for carrying bottles home safely. Excellent price, big enough for large bottles, & very sturdy. We ordered on Friday, it arrived on Sunday & delivery was free - just what we'd been looking for!”

“I contacted Joanne at Black Country and explained that l wanted some metal figures to use as wall art.She was very helpful and was able to supply exactly what l wanted at a very reasonable price and delivery was well within the expected time. l would certainly recommend their products and service.”

“I ordered my large Weathervane and can’t fault the workmanship The issue seems the pointer being very heavy does not spin in wind Installed as requested The company when asked told me it was for cosmetic use So not fit for purpose They said it was on their website saying so but they sell though Amazon which does not mention this almost like having a tv with no picture Was not cheap £80plus very disappointed”

“I recently purchased a rim lock from Black Country Metal Works online. It arrived swiftly via a courier service. The lock is of very high quality and looks nice on one of the Victorian doors I have just stripped and oiled. Unfortunately this door is unable to take an internal lock now due to it having been changed many times over the past 142 years since the house was built. I cannot fault the service provided and highly recommend purchasing from this company, with particular thanks to Matthew JB.”
