“Excellent service when I phoned with a query. Next day delivery as promised. When originally looking I found lots of smaller pieces but wanted a larger one which is exactly what you had to offer. “I was looking for a door knocker with a difference and found the perfect one through Black Country Metal Works. The website was easy to navigate, payment was simple and delivery extremely quick. The chrome dragonfly knocker is absolutely beautiful. It is of excellent quality, very detailed and stands out from all the others. I'm so please I discovered this company and will definitely look to purchase more items in the future. There name has already been passed on to others. On a side note - love the 'Meet the Team' photographs on their website, looks like a wonderful place to work. Happy staff = happy customers!!”

“The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The door knocker is lovely, solid and just as I had hoped it would be for the price. Good advice and help was given when the delivery was delayed, not really to be unexpected as the distance is some way; the staff I asked about this were very helpful even down to the detail of the size of the parcel suitable for posting. Great.”

“I searched high and low on the internet for a tall attractive fire screen and this one is absolutely perfect. I am extremely delighted with my product, the very careful packing and the prompt delivery. I originate from Wednesbury, so buying a Black Country product is even more special.
