“Having done some on-line research and then spoken to Black Country Metal Works, I knew I'd chosen a great company to design and make my new house sign. Joanne Jones, their designer, was engaging, excited and full of ideas. When I received my commission it was beyond expectations and is fabulous. Thank you Team Black Country Metal Works.”

Joanne Jones understand perfectly what we wanted and designed the most perfect unique gift for my parents. “I ordered a bespoke weathervane through Joanne Jones who was extremely helpful and informative. She explained that although she would do her very best to get it made and out to me for xmas it all depended on the current climate. In the unforeseen circumstances that it wouldn’t be ready she gave me options of a printed picture which I could place into a card. Luckily for me all was well and I received an email to say it was with the courier and the next day it was delivered to me. I was over the moon with the end result, it was just as I had imagined it to be. I was also impressed with how fast it was delivered and very well packed. I shall definitely recommend them to others and would definitely use them again myself. Fabulous!”

“Joanne Jones was my point of contact and the designer of the bespoke weather vane ordered for our Apartment building. She provided an excellent service and provided clear and understandable images to confirm our required design. Despite the challenges of the coronavirus lockdown the weather vane was manufactured on time and delivered within two days. The finished article is a delight to behold and extremely tactile, a shame that it will be mounted out of reach. A more than satisfactory result has been provided.”

“I ordered Silverstone track layout from Black Country Metal Works and was so impressed by it I looked for more from them. At the time they didn't do any others but Joanna got InTouch with me when try did and and I ordered some more as well as some as presents for Christmas. They were delivered impeccably quickly, safely and securely. Very impressed. If I can find more room on my walls I will definitely order more. Thank You.”
