“Excellent delivery service, and the postbox is very smart. However it is let down by the fact that it lets in the weather. Raindrops collect on the lid and these fall into the box over the back hinges when the lid is lifted. Hence when I came to empty the box the letters inside were soaking wet. Suggestions for a cure?”

“Excellent products at very good prices. I purchased 3 garden sculptures (hedgehogs, honey bee and woodpecker) and a galvanised storage unit. I am really pleased with them all. Had to wait for one because it was out of stock. Emailed me when in stock and l ordered it. Very good customer service. I highly recommend buying from this company.”

“I was looking for a door knocker with a difference and found the perfect one through Black Country Metal Works. The website was easy to navigate, payment was simple and delivery extremely quick. The chrome dragonfly knocker is absolutely beautiful. It is of excellent quality, very detailed and stands out from all the others. I'm so please I discovered this company and will definitely look to purchase more items in the future. There name has already been passed on to others. On a side note - love the 'Meet the Team' photographs on their website, looks like a wonderful place to work. Happy staff = happy customers!!”
